3 ways to reconnect with your customers?

* Send an updated reminder to your former customer on your new updates and changes along with a treat.

* Buy custom made candy jars and take to your former customer. Place them on a free refill program and leave updated information for decision maker.

*Host an event and invite your former customers.

* When they are not looking put a love note in their pocket, wallet or purse.

* Write love letters monthly.

* Write a long love letter, seal it with a kiss and mail it to them.

* Write the 26 letter alphabet in a vertical position and write down the description of your boyfriend or girlfriend.

* Write little notes to say, “I miss you.”

* Buy her a ring and place on her finger when she is asleep.

*Place a letter or note in the bathroom in the morning expressing your love.

You can do it!  I find that writing down the goals that I want to accomplish each day to be beneficial for me.  Have you tried this method?  If not, try it today and remember to cross off those tasks that you accomplish.  If you have a task left on your list at the end of the day, be sure to move it to the next day.  After all, the list belongs to you. :)

If your answers seem logically from these 3 questions then you are probably right on target. If not, then rethink other strategies to help improve your stance in the public.

How to give a gift to yourself . . .

Have you ever wondered what gift you can truly give yourself? Here are a few examples.

* Create an inspirational poem.

* Take time to go to the spa and indulge in a 60 minute massage.

* Write a letter to a friend.

* Take time to start a daily journal.

* Spend about 10-15 minutes quiet time daily for the next week.

* Take a class that you have always wanted to take.

* Take a random day off.

* Attend a comedy show or concert.



Improving your customer service

1.  Check their happiness.  Consider a quick comment or a comment card to get their feelings of your business interaction with them.  You may even consider sending a quick email.

2.  Review your employees satisfaction.  Are you employees happy with what they do for your business everyday?  Be sure to take the time to listen and understand how they feel.  Don't just say no to every idea they have, try some of their new ideas.  You may see more customers.

3.  Check your social skills.  Do you use social networks for other to spread the word about your business products and services?  If not, now is the time.  Try Facebook, Twitter, Indeed, You tube, etc.  We all know how it goes with word-of-mouth.

Back to school

Are you ready for your loved one to go back to school? Well if not, here are some basic things to consider when shopping to stay on budget.

* Do you have any supplies that you can use from last year? What clothes can still be worn for this year? Do you think their shoes or jackets can be used again this year or just for a few more months?

* Before you head off into the back to school rush, make out a shopping list of all needed items. Be sure to stick to your list.

* Be sure to compare cost at different stores to get the most product for your hard earned bucks.

* Choose a backpack or satchel that will be sturdy enough to last the entire school year.
